Optimism postponed Bedrock upgrade vote to March 2-April 5 to address a bug

Optimism tweeted that it has postponed the Bedrock upgrade vote to March 2-April 5 to address bugs discovered by community members (as part of the Bedrock bug bounty competition). Optimism previously planned to implement the Bedrock mainnet upgrade on March 16. Bedrock is a decentralized Rollup infrastructure, and Bedrock brings "Ethereum equivalent." Optimism said that Bedrock will be released as the infrastructure of Cannon, an interactive fault proof system, and its advantages include reduced transaction fees, increased maximum throughput, and increased node synchronization speed.
