According to Foresight News, Thumzup Media Corporation, a social media company backed by the Trump family, has announced plans to change its name to Datacentrex, Inc. following the completion of its acquisition of Dogehash. The company has reserved the stock ticker "DTCX" on Nasdaq to align with the name and ticker change. Robert Steele, CEO of Thumzup, stated that the company currently holds approximately $50 million in cash and is nearing the completion of the Dogehash acquisition. He emphasized that the Datacentrex brand aligns with the company's new strategic focus on digital infrastructure, blockchain, and data center sectors.
