Digital Asset Investment Sees Significant Outflows Amid Fed Speculation

According to Foresight News, a CoinShares report reveals that digital asset investment products experienced a total outflow of $360 million last week. This development comes as investors reacted to U.S. Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell's comments, which were perceived as overly hawkish regarding a potential interest rate cut in December, leading to market uncertainty. The United States led the outflow, with $439 million withdrawn from digital asset investments. Bitcoin ETFs were particularly affected, facing outflows of $946 million due to pressure related to interest rates. In contrast, Solana saw significant inflows, attracting $421 million, marking the second-largest inflow in history. This surge was largely driven by the introduction of a new U.S. ETF.
