According to PANews, Max Glass, a former executive at cryptocurrency consultancy RWA Company, has filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Glass accuses the company of unlawfully terminating his contract to seize control of a profitable stablecoin project, which evolved into the blockchain payment infrastructure platform M0. Glass alleges that RWA Company stakeholders Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian orchestrated a breach of trust to forcibly remove him from the company and take over the stablecoin business.
