Cryptocurrency Market Experiences $179 Million Liquidation in 24 Hours

According to PANews, data from Coinglass reveals that the cryptocurrency market saw a total liquidation of $179 million in contracts over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $83.35 million of the liquidations, while short positions amounted to $95.41 million. Bitcoin (BTC) experienced a liquidation total of $66.67 million, and Ethereum (ETH) saw $33.53 million in liquidations.
