SEC To Include Crypto In 2025 Exam Focus List

According to Odaily, Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett revealed on the X platform that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will include cryptocurrencies in its 2025 exam focus list. Terrett noted that the only crypto assets currently interacting with the SEC in a regulatory capacity, rather than an enforcement role, are Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) ETFs.
