Strategy has submitted a proxy proposal to transition its STRC preferred dividends to a semi-monthly payment schedule, maintaining the annual dividend rate at 11.5%. According to NS3.AI, Michael Saylor, the company's representative, stated that this adjustment aims to stabilize the stock price, reduce cyclicality, and enhance liquidity and demand. The voting on this proposal is set to conclude on June 8, with the first payment under the new plan anticipated on July 15.
