Ding Shi Capital Completes Share Placement with Plans for Virtual Asset License

According to Foresight News, Hong Kong-listed Ding Shi Capital Limited has announced the successful placement of 15,502,949 unsubscribed rights issue shares at a price of HKD 1.66 per share. The total proceeds from the rights issue amount to approximately HKD 60.7 million, with a net amount of around HKD 57.6 million. The company plans to allocate approximately 9.2% of the net proceeds, equivalent to about HKD 5.3 million, towards meeting the conditions for a potential application for a virtual asset trading license.
