ARK Invest's Significant Stake in Securitize Through Venture Fund

According to PANews, ARK Invest holds approximately 3.25% of its ARK Venture Fund in Securitize, amounting to an investment of around $10 million based on the fund's net assets of $32.53 billion as of September 30. This positions Securitize as the eighth largest holding within the fund. Founded in 2017, Securitize has issued tokenized assets worth $4.6 billion, collaborating with notable partners such as BlackRock, Hamilton Lane, and Apollo. Among its offerings is BlackRock's tokenized money fund BUIDL, which has a scale of $2.8 billion. The tokenization market has seen a 112% growth this year, reaching $33 billion, with projections suggesting it could expand to $18.9 trillion by 2033.
