What is Binance’s new HODLer Airdrop?

HODLer airdrop is a retrospective logic, while Launchpool is a buy-in logic: one is a reward for the past, and the other is a reward for the future!

The announcement shows that Binance will launch HODLer airdrops for BNB holders. Users who use BNB to subscribe for regular and/or current products on the coin earning platform will receive airdropped tokens issued by projects with high token circulation supply and planned to be listed on the Binance platform.

This means that users who hold BNB for a long time will get benefits, and the tokens of the HODLer project will be distributed to BNB holders. The statistical time is not based on the future holding logic, but the retrospective logic.

The difference between HODLer airdrop and Launchpool and Megadrop

1) Go to the [Wealth Management] page and search for BNB;

2) Use BNB holdings to subscribe to the fixed and/or current products on the HODLer platform;

Binance will make a separate announcement before the start of the HODLer new token airdrop; during this announcement time, if you hold BNB at the time of the snapshot backtracking, you can get this part of the airdrop.

Binance will randomly take multiple snapshots of users' BNB holdings every hour to calculate the average hourly BNB holdings of users in HODLer products (fixed and/or current). Binance will calculate user rewards by taking historical snapshots of users' BNB holdings at random time periods after the release of this announcement.

For example: the calculation of HODLer airdrop rewards on June 11, 2024 may use the user's BNB holdings snapshot from June 1, 2024 to June 7, 2024 as a reference;

Eligible users will receive the HODLer airdrop rewards in their spot wallets within 24 hours after the HODLer airdrop is announced.
