Crypto YouTuber, Ben Armstrong, formerly known as Bitboy, has initiated legal proceedings against former associates, alleging the theft of his Lamborghini and involvement in racketeering activities, including threats and a conspiracy to unlawfully deprive him of the vehicle.

The lawsuit was filed in Cobb County, Georgia, marking the second legal action Ben has taken against his former colleagues.

The legal document, lodged in the Superior Court of Cobb County, names six individuals as defendants: Timothy Shedd Jr, CEO of Hit Network, the entity that previously owned Ben's channel; Timothy Shedd Sr, CFO of Hit Network; Justin Williams, CEO of Voomio; Allison Fiveash, a frequent contributor to Hit Network; Nickolas Dimondi, Head of Content at Hit Network; and Carlos Diaz, an associate of the company.

Ben's X Account Seized

The lawsuit alleges that the defendants assumed control of his account on X (formerly known as Twitter), with the intention of publicly harassing, embarrassing, and intimidating him.

The lawsuit reads:

"Defendant Diaz used this X account to leak private conversations between Armstrong and Defendant Diaz, which had been surreptitiously recorded without Armstrong’s knowledge or consent; and to post false and defamatory statements accusing Armstrong of illicit drug use."

He further contends that he was coerced into transferring the title of his 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante to Carlos under the threat of violence.

Despite repeated requests, Carlos refused to return the vehicle, compelling Ben's compliance due to fear.

Ben also asserts that the defendants engaged in a civil conspiracy and violated the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations (RICO) Act by conspiring to illicitly take possession of his Lamborghini and extort money from him through a pattern of racketeering activities.

It is essential to emphasise that none of these claims or allegations have been substantiated in a court of law.

The Defence Hits Back

However, it is important to note that Nickolas, one of the defendants, rejects these claims, characterising the complaint as baseless and consistent with Ben's past legal actions.

Nickolas stated:

“The entire complaint is laughable on its face and has no merit in court. This type of bullying is what we have come to expect from Ben Armstrong."

Timothy Shedd Jr responded to the lawsuit by saying:

"It's a joke."

As this lawsuit proceeds, the defendants are poised to contest his allegations.

The case awaits its day in court, and the fate of the Lamborghini remains uncertain.
