韩国男子在新加坡收了15亿新币黑钱，买了28000根金条…

近日，一名韩国人涉嫌以非法所得，将购买的金条偷偷运出新加坡，遭到警方逮捕后被控上法庭，罪名包括欺诈与洗钱等。案情显示，K先生的涉案金额超过15亿新币，比新加坡史上最大洗钱案的10名被告加起来的总和还要高！
从2014到2017年间，K先生收到来自韩国的日本超过15亿新元的黑钱。这些黑钱自然不可能用正常的途径汇到新加坡，而是通过海运，谎称进口的是各种货物和工具，神不知鬼不觉地把这些钱“混”进来。
把钱弄进来后，K先生把这些黑钱都拿来买金条。
2014年末，K先生用这样方式收到了来自韩国，超过3100万新元的赃款，然后用这些钱买了628根金条。
购买金条只是第一步，K先生接下来还要把这些金条从新加坡运出去。
为了瞒天过海，K先生在安排船运时，欺骗了物流公司，称要把一批气动工具运出新加坡，实际上，里头暗地里藏了约600根金条。
在向海关申请批文时，K先生也隐瞒了物品中有金条，从而顺利拿到了出口文件。
K先生的第一次“金条偷渡计划”就是这样成功得手，他在2014年到2017年间，通过相同的方式，买了近28000根金条，然后把金条以非法的方式运到韩国和日本。
K先生买的都是1公斤重的金条，当时（2014年到2017年）每根金条的的价格，介于4.9万到5.8万新元之间，涉及的总金额超过15亿新元。
新加坡30亿洗钱案的10位被告，涉案的资产总和大约是10亿新元，只有K先生的三分之二。
躲过初一，躲不过十五
所谓上得山多终遇虎，去年12月，K先生向新加坡海关报称要运一批淋浴用品到日本，但被发现里头藏了15根金条。
海关马上将此事通报了警方，警方随即将K先生逮捕，在经过了详细调查后，于8月23日将K先生控上法庭。
K先生一共面对21条控罪，包括13条欺诈罪，4条洗钱罪以及4条携带超过2万新元未申报罪。
在新加坡犯下洗钱罪，最高可判处10年监禁，罚款50万新元或两者兼施；犯下欺诈罪，最高刑罚是入狱3年，罚款或两者兼施；携带超过2万新元入境未向当局申报，可判处不超过3年监禁，罚款不超过5万新元或两者兼施。
