The DeBot team issued a security incident statement on the X platform, stating that due to a data center expansion and migration operation conducted on December 9, 2025, some users' wallet information in the Japanese data center was leaked. On December 27, 2025, hackers used this leaked data to compromise and transfer assets, causing a total loss of $250,000. According to DeBot's monitoring, the incident only affected wallets created or imported before December 10, 2025; addresses created after that date were unaffected. The DeBot team promised 100% compensation to all affected users and has launched an official compensation registration page. After submitting an application, the official team will complete the review within 72 hours and directly send the compensation to the user's secure wallet address. The team also reminded users to transfer assets in their unaffected wallets as soon as possible. The platform will not be liable for any further losses incurred from continuing to use affected wallets.
