CZ's counterparty, a large whale, is once again facing liquidation risk, with unrealized losses exceeding $40 million and a total holding value of $237 million.

According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, a major trader who shorted ASTER after CZ posted his holdings is currently facing liquidation risk. This trader holds $237 million worth of long positions in crypto assets, including 57,100 ETH ($161 million), 38.82 million XRP ($69.98 million), and 230,000 HYPE ($5.19 million), with a current unrealized loss of $40.3 million. His ETH long position's liquidation price is $2,714, only about $100 away from the current market price of around $2,800. Previously, when the price fell to $2,623, his ETH long position was only $28 away from the liquidation price of $2,595, but was temporarily out of danger due to a market rebound.
