According to data from Electric Capital cited by the Ethereum Foundation, over 16,000 new developers joined the Ethereum ecosystem between January and September of this year. Solana was the second most popular destination for new developers, with over 11,500 joining the ecosystem; however, a representative from the Solana Foundation stated that these figures may be outdated. Meanwhile, Bitcoin added nearly 7,500 new developers. The Ethereum ecosystem has the largest active developer community of any blockchain project, with 31,869 developers.
