(hereinafter referred to as "Xinhuo Technology", stock code: 1611.HK) issued a "Very Substantial Acquisition and Related Transactions" announcement, stating that it had completed the acquisition of the British Virgin Islands Company on April 15, 2025, and the acquisition of BitTrade Sales Shares was completed on May 29, 2025. After the completion of the acquisition, the British Virgin Islands Company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinhuo Technology, and BitTrade has become an indirect subsidiary of Xinhuo Technology. The financial results of the British Virgin Islands Company and BitTrade will be incorporated into the financial statements of Xinhuo Technology. It is reported that Xinhuo Technology has issued consideration shares to the sellers of the British Virgin Islands Company and the sellers of BitTrade in accordance with the terms of the agreements.
