Yesterday, Bitget Wallet rose to the first place in the total list of the App Store in Nigeria, surpassing local commonly used software such as Tiktok, Telegram, Whatsapp, and Instagram. In the list, in addition to commonly used social software, another financial tool on the list is OPay, a mobile payment platform led by SoftBank, which ranks third.
At the Paris Blockchain Summit on March 22, Bitget announced that it would invest $30 million in the Web3.0 multi-chain wallet BitKeep and obtain a controlling stake. On March 29, BitKeep was officially renamed Bitget Wallet.
