Grayscale submits privacy coin-themed ETF application documents to the U.S. SEC

Nate Geraci, president of ETFStore, posted on the X platform that Grayscale submitted application documents to the US SEC for the Grayscale Privacy ETF focusing on privacy protection agreement assets. The ETF, which is based on an index, will track companies involved in data security and protection, cybersecurity products and services, including blockchain-based technology solutions, and more, and will also hold shares of the Grayscale Zcash Trust. In May 2023, Grayscale announced that it had submitted Form N-1A registration statements to the U.S. SEC for Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF, Grayscale Global Bitcoin Composite ETF and Grayscale Privacy ETF. These three funds are all series funds of Grayscale Funds Trust.
