Montenegro Court of Appeal revokes Do Kwon’s extradition ruling and remands case for retrial

Montenegro's Court of Appeal quashed a ruling involving Do Kwon's extradition and sent the case back to the court of first instance for a new hearing. The Court of Appeal pointed out that the original ruling contained serious irregularities and was unclear and insufficiently justified. Previously, the court of first instance determined that the extradition request was met, but did not take into account the simplification of international legal assistance procedures and the situation where multiple countries requested extradition.
