Proof, the parent company of Moonbirds, announced that it will launch a Moonbirds DAO in early 2023, aiming to enhance the Moonbirds ecosystem and reputation. Proof will provide $2.6 million in funding for the Moonbirds DAO, including $2 million worth of ETH, $500,000 for the purchase of Moonbirds NFTs, and seven Moonbirds NFTs worth about $100,000. In addition, Proof will award the DAO 35% of the creator royalties of Moonbirds and its spin-off Oddities series. Moonbirds and Mythics holders are eligible to participate and vote in DAO activities and will propose voting rights allocations before the DAO launches.
