U.S. government will allow Binance.US' planned acquisition of Voyager to move forward

The Voyager Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC) has reached a resolution with the U.S. government that will allow the Binance.US acquisition transaction plan to move forward and facilitate a fast-track effect.
