People familiar with the matter: If Grayscale loses the lawsuit against the SEC on March 7, it may appeal to the Supreme Court

Twitter user Andrew, citing sources, said Grayscale plans to take the case to the Supreme Court if it loses its March 7 case against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Foresight News previously reported that the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has asked the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Grayscale to present their case to the court on March 7 at 9:30 a.m. ET on Grayscale’s lawsuit against the SEC.
