Exodus Movement, a US-listed Bitcoin treasury company, announced it has filed a lawsuit in the Chancery court in Delaware, demanding that payment services company W3C Corp and its CEO Garth Howat fulfill the share acquisition agreement signed in November 2025 and proceed with the completion of the transaction. Exodus Movement stated that it had previously classified loans provided to W3C as "immediate payables" and exercised its related guarantee rights, and expects to obtain a court order compelling the other party to complete the transaction as agreed. Previously, Exodus received approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority on April 8, 2026, clearing a key regulatory hurdle for the acquisition. The company stated it will combine the progress of the litigation with the enforcement of its guarantee rights to expedite the completion of the acquisition. (Globenewswire)
