The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced in a statement that it had launched the 27th round of Operation True Commitment 4. In this round, Iran used drones and missiles to strike key targets in Israel and some US military bases in the Middle East. The statement described the operation as "strategic and multi-dimensional." During the operation, military targets in Haifa, northern Israel, were precisely struck by Haibar Shekan missiles launched by the IRGC Aerospace Force. In addition, the IRGC's drone units also struck US military bases in the Dubai port area of the United Arab Emirates. Simultaneously, the IRGC's naval forces attacked the US Fifth Fleet's unmanned surface vessel command center and related logistical facilities in the port of Salman, Bahrain. The statement also noted that on-site monitoring by the Iranian IRGC indicated that Israel was confining residents in its northern and central regions to their local areas in an attempt to create a "human shield" for its military.
