Additionally, it is reported that Scott is expected to submit the House version of the CLARITY Act as a placeholder text tonight to initiate next week's review process. The final text must be submitted by midnight on Monday. Industry insiders involved in discussions with Senate staff have indicated that previous remarks about needing to "pray for the bill's passage" were more of a light-hearted joke rather than a pessimistic view of the legislative outlook.
