According to Foresight News, ETH Treasury Company, initiated by Avenir Group, Distributed Capital, Wanxiang Capital, and Meitu, is currently raising funds on CoinList Alpha. The company aims to secure $1 billion through private investment in public equity (PIPE) while issuing warrants at a 1:1 ratio with an exercise price 50% above the issuance price. The PIPE pricing is expected to be approximately 0.88 times the net asset value (mNAV). Investors on CoinList Alpha have until October 29 to make preliminary commitments, with payments due by October 31, 2025. Accepted payment methods include USD and USDC, with ETH payments possible if necessary.
