AgriFORCE Growing Systems Plans $300 Million PIPE Financing

According to Foresight News, Nasdaq-listed AgriFORCE Growing Systems has announced plans to raise $300 million through a PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity) financing round, led by Hivemind Capital. The transaction is expected to be completed around October 30, 2025, pending customary closing conditions. The new funds will be used to establish a digital currency treasury for the Avalanche network's native token, AVAX. Following the completion of the transaction, the company will change its name and stock symbol to AVAX One.
