Flora Growth Corp. to Rebrand as ZeroStack, Acquires 0G Tokens

(FLGC) is set to rebrand as ZeroStack, becoming the first publicly traded company to offer decentralized AI treasury services through its holdings of 0G, the native cryptocurrency of the decentralized AI infrastructure project 0G. The company announced the acquisition of 772,200 0G tokens at an average price of $2.59 each. This purchase marks the company's initial acquisition of 0G following its recent $401 million fundraising and strategic shift to become the first publicly listed 0G treasury. As of October 6, 2025, the company holds a total of 122,538,335 0G tokens, valued at approximately $352 million. The partially adjusted total number of common shares outstanding is 9,809,754, with each share holding 12.491 0G tokens. The dollar value per share of 0G holdings (ZGPS) is $35.85. All newly acquired 0G tokens are expected to be held long-term and staked to generate native returns.
