DDC Enterprise Secures $124 Million in Equity Financing Led by Major Investors

According to Foresight News, DDC Enterprise, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has successfully raised $124 million in equity financing. The funding round was led by PAG Pegasus Fund, OKG Financial Services Limited, and Mulana Investment Management. Additionally, DDC's founder, chairman, and CEO, Zhu Jiaying, personally invested $3 million. In this financing transaction, nearly all participating investors, including the founder, have committed to a 180-day lock-up period for their shares following the completion of the deal. This move is intended to support DDC's strategic execution of its Bitcoin treasury plan.
