Joon Ian Wong

Joon Ian Wong is the Founding co-president of the Association of Cryptocurrency Journalists and Researchers. He was formerly a Technology reporter for Quartz in London where his interests included bitcoin, cryptocurrencies and blockchain. He began his career in crypto as one of the earliest reporters at Coindesk, where he helped launch theConsensus event series. He has also held editorial and media roles at Asia tech news platform e27 and the China Economic Review. Joon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from New York University and a Masters's in Interactive Media from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
