According to Foresight News, a wallet associated with LuBian, identified by the address starting with 39DUz, has become active after three years of inactivity. The wallet transferred all 9,757 BTC, valued at approximately $1.1 billion, to a new wallet. This activity occurred a day after reports emerged that the U.S. government is seeking to confiscate 127,271 BTC, valued at around $14.4 billion, allegedly stolen by LuBian.
