Binance Updates Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program Trading Pairs

According to the announcement from Binance, the Spot Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program is set to undergo changes aimed at enhancing liquidity and trading efficiency for select altcoin trading pairs on the Spot market. The program will see the addition of several new trading pairs, including TONUSDT, HAEDALUSDT, HOMEUSDT, INJUSDT, AVAUSDT, PARTIUSDT, and LQTYUSDT. Conversely, trading pairs such as ONDOUSDT, SYRUPUSDT, SPKUSDT, STOUSDT, SXTUSDT, WCTUSDT, and BABYUSDT will be removed from the program. The qualification period for these new eligible trading pairs will begin on 2025-10-13 00:00 (UTC), with updated Maker Fee Rebate Rates starting from 2025-10-21 00:00 (UTC). The program details outline a performance review mechanism for liquidity providers, who will be assessed weekly. To qualify for Tier 1 rebate rates, users must achieve a minimum Maker Volume Percentage of 0.5% against the sum of all eligible altcoin spot trading pairs. For Tier 2, a minimum of 1% is required. The Maker Fee Rebate Rate is set at -0.005% for Tier 1 and -0.010% for Tier 2. Accounts participating in both the Spot Liquidity Provider Program and the Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program will benefit from the more favorable fee rate for the trading pairs involved. Users with a 30-day trading volume exceeding 20,000,000 USDT equivalent on Binance Spot and Margin, or as evidenced across other platforms, are invited to join the program. Participants must provide proof of trading volume to Binance's satisfaction. Binance emphasizes that the program is limited to specified altcoin trading pairs listed on Binance.com, with maker rebates settled in USDT. Rebate eligibility is based on performance across spot trades on a weekly basis, effective from 00:00 (UTC) each Tuesday to 23:59 (UTC) the following Monday. Users can check their rebate history via the platform's transaction history section. Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with program code or engage in market manipulation. The company also retains the right to amend or terminate the program at its discretion, particularly in response to regulatory changes, technical issues, or to protect users and its reputation.
