Mark McGinness

Mark McGinness is the former Chief Regulatory Liaison Officer at Binance. In this role, they are responsible for communicating with regulators and policy makers around the world to ensure that Binance is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Mark has over two decades of experience in the financial sector, having worked with various organizations such as the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Mark McGinness has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law LLB from The University of Queensland. Mark is also a Barrister at Law from the BAR ASSOCIATION OF QUEENSLAND.
