If you were to come up with a group of lucky numbers, how would you do it?
Chinese netizens using AI to generate lucky numbers
In China, netizens are using DeepSeek to generate the latest number for the lottery. This practice started to spread after a person shared on Chinese social media that he managed to win the first prize lottery after seeking help from DeepSeek.
This one social media post created shockwaves in China, with many netizens following suit, hoping to repeat his success.
But the GuangDong sport lottery center has come forward to warn netizens that these claims are all false. The lottery centre explained that lottery numbers are completely random, and there is no way AI could accurately predict the next winning number.
It further adds that even if the AI were given the data of all the previous lottery winning numbers, it would still have no way of accurately predicting the next winning number as the previous draw have no impact on the next draw.
So if you are thinking of using ChatGPT or any similar AI bot to win the next lottery, you are out of luck.
