Putin Considers Territorial Exchange for Ukraine Agreement

According to PANews, Russian President Vladimir Putin indicated on December 24 that Russia might consider exchanging control of certain territories to reach an agreement with Ukraine, provided that Donbas remains under Russian control. He also mentioned ongoing discussions between Russia and the United States regarding joint management of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, noting U.S. interest in cryptocurrency mining in the region. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denied accepting any proposals to cede Donbas or Zaporizhzhia during talks with the United States.
