According to PANews, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman announced on social media platform X that he will host a live session today at 10:30 AM Pacific Time (1:30 AM the following day UTC+8). During the session, Altman plans to address questions and discuss the company's new corporate structure, research objectives, product development, infrastructure advancements, and initial funding areas for the nonprofit organization. Altman emphasized the significance of this announcement, stating it might be the most important information shared by the company this year. He assured that the nonprofit organization remains in control and expressed optimism about it becoming the most resource-rich nonprofit if their efforts succeed. Additionally, Altman revealed plans to immediately begin deploying capital and announced the transformation of their limited liability company (LLC) into a public benefit corporation (PBC).
