Digital Asset Secures $135 Million for Canton Network Development

The investment was led by DRW Venture Capital and Tradeweb Markets, with participation from BNP Paribas, Circle Ventures, Citadel Securities, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Virtu Financial, and Paxos. Canton Network, developed by Digital Asset, emphasizes 'configurable privacy' as a key feature. The platform has attracted institutions such as Goldman Sachs and BNY Mellon to test real-world assets (RWA) on its network.
