Artelo Biosciences Announces Private Placement of Shares

Artelo Biosciences, a Nasdaq-listed company, has announced a private placement of 3,188,407 shares of common stock at a price of $3.45 per share, raising a total of $11 million. According to ChainCatcher, the company also revealed plans to sell up to 6,376,814 shares of common stock warrants at $3.2 per share. If all warrants are exercised in cash, the total funds raised could reach approximately $20.4 million. The transaction is expected to be completed around March 30. Market reports indicate that Strategic Solana Reserve's latest data shows Artelo currently holds 45,883 SOL.
