블록체인 기반 기상 관측 플랫폼 옵저버(OBSR)가 공식 블로그를 통해 인도네시아 현지 통신망 테스트를 완료하고 부코핀은행 몇 개 지점을 선정해 웨더스테이션 v2를 설치해 테스트 운영 중이라고 밝혔다. 옵저버는 "테스트 결과를 토대로 웨더스테이션을 현지에 맞게 개발하고 인도네시아내에서 필요한 각종 인증을 획득한 후 본격적으로 은행 지점에 웨더스테이션을 설치할 예정이다. 해당 시점에 국내 이용자들도 프로젝트에 참여할 수 있는 방안을 고민 중에 있다"고 설명했다.
