Yummi Universe is a Cardano project aiming to bring creature collection to the realm of blockchain through video games, NFT collections, E-commerce, multimedia and DeFi (including a Launchpad for other projects).

YUMMI token launched on May 10th, 2022 with 71.25m tokens airdropped. The total supply capped at 10 billion with an allocation of 11% for team, 1% for advisors, 80% for ecosystem, 3% for airdrops and seed, 5% for partnership and marketing fund. Tokens allocated to the team will be under a vesting schedule that will distribute 2% (22,000,000) each month over a period of 50 months. A total of 50m $YUMMI is allocated to NFT staking rewards each month. Circulation began with a 50m $YUMMI airdrop for S1 NFT holders May 10th 2022.

Yummi Universe was founded by co-owners David and Shannon. David is a graphic design graduate from London, with over 8 years’ experience in creative design, directing and marketing. Before Yummi Universe, David started the ENACT Cardano Stakepool. Shannon is a design graduate from a well-known art-based university. Since her studies, Shannon has continued her creative journey, and had her work exhibited in prestigious venues such as Olympia London and the YSP. In 2021, Shannon founded Yummi Universe.

The project was born from the mascot character Naru from the Instagram page and e-commerce store Hungry Naru, to create a full-fledged monster collection franchise in the likes of Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon and Moshi Monsters. The project has evolved into a full team of artists, game-designers, game and web developers, community managers, marketers, and musicians.
