비트멕스 리서치가 공식 X를 통해 "비트코인 현물 ETF 8거래일차 순유출액은 1.06억 달러이며, 누적 순유입액은 9.82억 달러"라고 전했다. 8거래일차 누적 순유입액은 블랙록 IBTC($18.5억), 피델리티 FBTC($15.9억), 비트와이즈 BITB($5.1억) 순으로 나타났으며, 그레이스케일 GBTC는 39.1억 달러 상당 순유출이 나타났다. 비트멕스 리서치는 "블랙록과 피델리티가 BTC 보유량에서도 선두를 다투고 있으며, 8거래일 동안 순유입과 순유출이 나타난 거래일은 각각 4일씩을 기록했다"고 설명했다.

블룸버그 애널리스트 에릭 발츄나스(Eric Balchunas)가 X를 통해 “금요일(현지시간) 그레이스케일 GBTC가 5.9억달러 유출을 보였음에도 BTC 현물 ETF 9종으로 6.23억달러가 유입되며 이를 만회했다. 특히 블랙록 IBTC, 피델리티 FBTC에 각각 2억달러 이상 유입됐고, 인베스코 BTCO와 반에크 HODL도 역대 가장 많은 유입액을 보였다. BTC 현물 ETF 시장에서 이들 9종 운용자산(AUM)의 시장점유율은 14%를 차지한다"고 분석했다.

ETF 발행사 터틀 캐피털 매니지먼트가 미 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 레버리지 및 인버스 BTC ETF 6종에 대한 승인을 신청했다고 코인텔레그래프가 전했다. 해당 ETF는 1.5배~2배 레버리지를 지원하며 블랙록의 비트코인 현물 ETF iShares Bitcoin Trust(IBTC)를 추종한다. 운용 수수료는 아직 정해지지 않았다.

코인데스크에 따르면 블랙록, 나스닥, 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC) 관계자들이 19일(이하 현지시간) 미팅을 갖고 블랙록의 비트코인 현물 ETF iShares Bitcoin Trust(IBTC) 관련 규칙 변경을 논의했다. 블랙록은 지난 11월 23일에도 SEC와 만나 BTC 현물 ETF 수정 신청서와 관련 현물 정산(in-kind), 현금 정산(Cash only) 방식을 브리핑한 것으로 알려졌다. 앞서 블룸버그 ETF 애널리스트 에릭 발츄나스(Eric Balchunas)는 블랙록이 BTC 현물 ETF 수정 신청서를 제출하면서 해당 ETF를 현금 정산(Cash Creates) 방식으로 수정했다고 전한 바 있다.

I wouldn't be surprised if the ETF is added to one of their more aggressive models within a few months of release (all just speculation )." According to previous news, BlackRock has submitted the second revised S-1 document (prospectus) for its Bitcoin spot ETF (iShares Bitcoin Trust) application to the U.S. SEC. BlackRock added to its latest filing that the trust manager will take steps to monitor abnormal price movements, added language on anti-money laundering compliance, and included an audit report from PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition, BlackRock disclosed in the filing that the company received $100,000 in “seed capital” for its proposed spot Bitcoin ETF. The document states: "Seed capital investors agree to purchase US$100,000 of shares on October 27, 2023, and deliver 4,000 (seed) shares at a unit price of US$25 on the same day."
