Steve Waterhouse

Steve Waterhouse is the co-founder and CEO of Orchid Labs and the founder of Nazare Ventures. From its inception in 2013 until July 2016, Steven was a partner at Pantera Capital, focused on blockchain investments. He served on the board of Bitstamp till 2016. Steven was a Co-founder and CTO of RPX (Nasdaq: RPXC) and previously Director and founder of the Honeycomb product group at Sun Microsystems. He holds a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge with a focus in speech recognition and machine learning. Steven is an avid waterman and loves the kelp-filled cold waters of the Pacific west coast.
