David Wurtz

David Wurtz is a Vice President of Product at Shopify, a co-founder of Fractal, Charm, Google Drive, and Google Fonts, and a former member of Y Combinator's second batch (W06). He has also helped to start a college. Passionate about web3 and ecommerce, David lives, works, and plays in Paradise Valley, Arizona with his wife and four children. He is an advisor to Shopify, having founded and run one of the largest merchants on the platform from 2009 to 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
