They join over 20,000 IRS employees who have accepted the Trump administration's delayed resignation plan. However, insiders indicate that these departures do not signal any changes in the IRS's strategy for regulating digital assets. This development occurs amidst a continuously evolving regulatory environment in the United States, particularly following the inauguration of U.S. President Donald Trump. Under his administration, several cryptocurrency enforcement actions have been withdrawn or paused.
