Iran Develops Plan to Regulate Strait of Hormuz Passage

Iranian Parliament member Behnam Saeedi announced that Iran has formulated a detailed strategy to oversee the passage through the Strait of Hormuz. According to NS3.AI, the plan mandates that vessels must secure Iran's authorization, pay security and licensing fees, and exclusively use the term 'Persian Gulf' in all correspondence and commercial documents.
